Die Oberreiter Tourismus GmbH ist bemüht, ihre Websites www.loj-hotel.com im Einklang mit dem Bundesgesetz über den barrierefreien Zugang zu Websites und mobilen Anwendungen des Bundes (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz – WZG) BGBl. I. Nr. 59/2019 idgF bzw. dem Bundes-Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz (BGStG) barrierefrei zugänglich zu machen.

Accessibility is more than a matter of course for us – it is close to our hearts. We want our website to be easily usable by everyone and are working diligently to ensure this. Therefore, we are doing everything we can to implement the necessary adjustments as effectively as possible and are continuously striving to integrate new inhalte_lesen in an accessible manner.

Responsive Web Design: Our website is optimized for various output devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop computer) due to responsive web design. The content elements are automatically optimized for the best possible readability and adjusted to the respective display size. In addition, sufficient contrast was taken into account in the design.

Keyboard Navigation: The main menu can be operated using the keyboard (Tab key, arrow keys). Interactive elements are accessible and operable via keyboard.

Structure and Semantics

• All pages have meaningful page titles
• The language of the page is declared in the markup
• The HTML markup used is standards-compliant
• Headings are hierarchically structured
• Links have meaningful labels

Accessibility for Assistive Technologies

• Alternative texts for informative images
• Sufficient color contrasts
• Support for screen readers

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
  Texts and comprehensibility: We strive to write our texts largely without abbreviations and foreign words and avoid cumbersome sentence constructions. If a text is not understandable, we welcome feedback.
  Contrast issues: Occasional contrast issues are mainly limited to: cookie banners that overlay existing content and external content from third parties.
  Multimedia content:  Not all videos have subtitles or audio descriptions. 
  PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible.
• Disproportionate burden
  Content from third parties: Our website partially uses content and services from third parties (e.g. online booking systems). For these contents, no complete statement can be made regarding compliance with accessibility regulations, as they are outside our control.
  Legacy content: A subsequent complete adaptation of all existing content, especially older PDF documents and multimedia content, would pose a disproportionate burden.

We strive to implement the accessibility of this website to the best of our technical abilities and legal requirements. Complete accessibility cannot be guaranteed, particularly for complex or dynamic content as well as for the integration of external tools (e.g. booking systems, widgets, forms).

According to Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and § 15 para. 2 WZG, certain requirements may be deviated from if their implementation would involve disproportionate effort. The legitimate economic interests of the website operator must also be taken into account.

If you are not satisfied with the responses from the above-mentioned contact option, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with limited liability (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the Complaints Office.

The complaints will be reviewed by the FFG to see if they relate to violations of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements by the federal government or an institution assigned to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must provide the federal government or the affected legal entities with recommendations for action and propose measures to rectify the existing deficiencies.

With the entry into force of the Accessibility Act (BaFG) on June 28, 2025, those affected by violations of accessibility requirements can contact the Social Ministry Service as the market supervision authority.
