Rooted in Flachau, grown from tradition: What once began as Hotel Bergzeit and gained fresh momentum as Bergzeit by seven, today has a distinct character all its own.
Perhaps you have already wondered what our hotel's name stands for. loj, that's us: Lena and Joseph Oberreiter. Two young hosts with hotel DNA, roots in Flachau, and a globetrotter spirit.
We grew up here, between mountains, guests, and a long family history in hospitality.
We have seen the world, tested many hotel beds, and ultimately realized: at home, it is simply wonderfully beautiful.
With loj, we have created a vacation destination just the way we like it. A place to relax, enjoy, and unwind. Cozy, but not boring. Down-to-earth, but not old-fashioned.
A place to sleep in, just do nothing – or everything at once. For good food, fresh mountain air, and those little moments that often get lost in everyday life: a hearty breakfast, relaxation, and the good feeling of being completely in the now.
