Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

Full-time - starting December 2026

Tasks

  • Independent planning, preparation, and cooking of dishes
  • À la carte and half board
  • Creation of varied menus and dishes considering regional and seasonal products
  • Responsible handling and storage of food
  • Compliance and control of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Economic and efficient use of food
  • Close cooperation with service and head chef


Profile

  • Completed training as a cook
  • Relevant professional experience in Austria
  • Independent, structured, and organized way of working
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Resilience, flexibility, and passion for the profession
  • Very good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Independent management and responsibility for a service station in the à la Carte and half-board area
  • Professional advice and care for guests, ensuring a first-class service process
  • Taking orders and properly serving food and beverages
  • Participation in the design and presentation of an appealing menu and beverage selection
  • Responsible handling of service materials, beverages, and all operational resources
  • Compliance with and control of hygiene, quality, and service standards ensuring an economical and efficient workflow in the service area
  • Close cooperation with the kitchen


Profile

  • Completed training in the gastronomy or service sector
  • At least 2 seasons of professional experience in Austria
  • Independent, structured, and organized working style
  • Strong service orientation and a sense for quality and details
  • Responsibility awareness and a professional appearance
  • Resilience, flexibility, and passion for the profession
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (required), additional languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • Independent management and preparation of the breakfast area
  • Warm care for our guests and ensuring a relaxed start to the day
  • Preparation and replenishing of the breakfast buffet
  • Taking & preparing breakfast orders (e.g. egg dishes)
  • Aesthetic presentation of the buffet as well as ensuring freshness and quality
  • Responsible handling of food, service equipment, and all operational resources
  • Compliance with and control of hygiene, quality, and service standards
  • Ensuring a clean and smooth workflow in breakfast service
  • Close collaboration with the kitchen and reception
  • Preparation and setting up tables for evening service
  • Preparing mise en place for evening service


Profile

  • At least 2 seasons of professional experience in Austria
  • Independent, structured, and organized way of working
  • Strong service orientation as well as a sense for quality and details
  • Sense of responsibility and professional appearance

  • Very good German and English language skills (mandatory), other languages advantageous

  • Good command of German

Responsibilities

  • Looking after our guests from check-in to check-out
  • Handling enquiries and reservations
  • Communicating with guests by phone and in writing
  • Preparing offers and booking confirmations
  • General administrative duties at reception
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Assisting with restaurant service, e.g. setting tables and preparing the restaurant


Profile

  • At least 2 seasons of professional experience in Austria
  • Independent, structured and organised approach to work
  • Strong service orientation and a keen eye for quality and detail
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional manner
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and passion for the profession
  • Very good command of German and English (required); additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience with Casablanca is an advantage
